Remote Conversational AI Developer

Description:

Join our Solution Delivery team as a Conversational AI application developer with Java knowledge.
Work on delivering advanced voice and chat-driven solutions using Conversational AI and Virtual Agent technologies.
Receive training on Omilia’s NLU platform and gain a deep understanding of technologies enabling human-system interactions.
Design and develop production-grade conversational AI systems using Omilia’s technology suite.
Collaborate with customers to analyze business requirements and design applications based on usability principles.
Implement and test semantic models and conversation flows using machine learning and rule-based techniques.
Code application logic using Java and/or JavaScript.
Integrate Omilia's applications with client systems such as Web Services and Databases.
Analyze human-system dialogs, assess system performance, and identify improvement opportunities.
Prepare software releases and contribute to product tool development.

Academic Degree in Computer Science, Computational Linguistics, Natural Language Processing, or related field, or equivalent experience.
Knowledge of Java.
Excellent command of spoken and written English.
Strong communication skills for customer interactions.
Ambitious, enthusiastic, eager to learn, analytical, creative, and detail-oriented.
Well-organized for team or solo assignments.
Accountable within demanding deadlines.
Nice to have: Experience with conversational automated dialog systems, NLU/NLP solutions, web services, IVRs, contact center platforms, bash scripting, GitLab, CI/CD processes, Spring Framework, JavaScript, Python, and knowledge of Spanish and/or French.
