• The company is seeking a Conversational AI Engineer to lead the development and optimization of advanced AI systems that will enhance client interactions, automate internal workflows, and improve overall user experience.
• The compensation for this position ranges from $5 to $7 per hour.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in conversational AI, NLP, or related fields is required.
• Proven expertise with platforms such as Whisper, VAPI, OpenAI, or similar conversational AI frameworks is essential.
• Strong experience in prompt engineering for large language models (LLMs) is necessary.
• Hands-on experience integrating third-party systems and APIs into AI solutions is required.
• Demonstrated ability to implement automated testing frameworks for AI systems is needed.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript is required.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) for deploying AI solutions is necessary.
• Knowledge of NLP libraries and frameworks (e.g., Hugging Face, spaCy, or NLTK) is required.
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines is necessary.
• Understanding of RESTful APIs, WebSockets, and real-time communication protocols is required.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail are essential.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities are necessary.
• The ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment is required.
• Preferred qualifications include experience with voice-based AI systems and speech-to-text/text-to-speech technologies, as well as familiarity with chatbot frameworks (e.g., Dialogflow, Rasa, or Microsoft Bot Framework).
