Description:
As a Conversational AI Engineer L4 at Twilio, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing conversational bots to streamline business processes and enhance operational efficiency.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities, gather requirements, and deliver robust automation solutions.
Your role will involve utilizing platforms like Dialogflow, Microsoft Bot Framework, or equivalent to design, develop, and deploy conversational AI solutions.
Implementing and optimizing NLP algorithms and ML models to enhance the accuracy and responsiveness of virtual assistants will be part of your responsibilities.
You will develop and maintain automation scripts and workflows to integrate AI capabilities into End User Computing operations.
Ensuring security and compliance considerations are addressed in AI implementations by closely working with security teams.
Conducting testing and debugging of AI applications to ensure reliability, scalability, and a seamless user experience.
Documenting AI architectures, processes, and best practices to facilitate knowledge sharing and maintain system integrity.
Staying updated with industry trends and advancements in AI bot technologies to enhance solutions.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in developing AI applications, with a focus on conversational AI.
Strong programming skills in languages like Python, JavaScript, or Java.
Proficiency in NLP frameworks, conversational AI platforms, scripting, and automation tools.
Knowledge of AI/ML techniques, version control systems, problem-solving skills, and collaboration abilities.
Expertise in various programming languages, JIRA, Slack, power automate, GitHub, SAFe, SailPoint IdentityNow, ITIL v4, and advanced AWS, GCP, or Azure certifications.
Desired qualifications include a Master’s degree, certifications in AI/ML, experience with cloud platforms, DevOps practices, UI/UX design principles, cybersecurity best practices, and previous experience in End User Computing or Operations environments.
