Requirements:
A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required.
You must have 5+ years of experience in developing AI applications, particularly in conversational AI.
Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, JavaScript, or Java are necessary.
Experience with NLP frameworks (e.g., spaCy, NLTK) and conversational AI platforms (e.g., Dialogflow, Microsoft Bot Framework) is required.
Proficiency in scripting and automation tools (e.g., PowerShell, Ansible) for deployment and maintenance is essential.
Knowledge of AI/ML techniques, including supervised and unsupervised learning, is needed to enhance conversational interfaces.
Familiarity with version control systems, especially Git, is required for collaborative development.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex technical issues are necessary.
Strong communication and collaboration skills are essential for effective teamwork in cross-functional settings.
Expertise in various programming languages (Java, Perl, Python, C++, etc.) is required.
You should have expert working knowledge with JIRA, Slack, Power Automate, GitHub, or similar technologies.
Certifications such as SAFe for Teams, SailPoint IdentityNow professional, ITIL v4 Foundation, and advanced AWS, GCP, or Azure certifications in machine learning and APIs are required.
Google Workplace professional Certification or similar certification is necessary.
ITIL v4 Certification is also required.
