The company is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to lead the development and scaling of their platform.

Responsibilities include designing, developing, and maintaining scalable and secure full-stack solutions.
The engineer will build and enhance web applications while ensuring a seamless user experience.
Close collaboration with product, design, and QA teams is required to align on requirements and deliver high-quality features.
The engineer will define and implement best practices for software development and deployment.
Optimizing application performance and scalability for growing user demands is a key responsibility.
Mentoring junior engineers and contributing to a culture of technical excellence is expected.

Requirements:
A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field is required, along with a deep understanding of software engineering principles.
Candidates must have 7+ years of experience in full-stack development, with substantial projects involving both frontend and backend implementations.
Proficiency in the tech stack, including AWS, React, GraphQL, TypeScript, Node.js, MikroORM, and PostgreSQL, is essential.
Experience with GitLab for CI/CD, Docker, and Kubernetes is required.
Demonstrated experience in designing user interactions on websites, writing server-side API calls, and integrating front-end and back-end aspects of an application is necessary.
Strong problem-solving skills and a track record of working effectively in a dynamic environment are important.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team are required.
Experience in leading projects from conception to implementation to feedback integration is essential.

The estimated compensation ranges from $60,000 to $90,000 per year, plus equity.
