Description:

OnePay is a consumer financial services app focused on helping people achieve financial progress.
The Corporate Security Engineer will lead the design, implementation, and optimization of OnePay's corporate security infrastructure.
This role involves enhancing security controls, developing strategic security frameworks, and aligning security goals with business objectives.
Responsibilities include configuring and managing authentication policies for Okta and corporate SaaS applications, integrating devices, and managing mobile device management (MDM) setups.
The engineer will create and manage API tokens, design Okta workflows, oversee network security, and balance Okta admin console management with Terraform.
The role also includes handling escalated IT/BPO tickets, providing Tier 2 system admin support, and addressing complex API and system integration challenges.
The engineer will create custom roles and permission sets within Okta and support incident response and disaster recovery planning.

Requirements:

Candidates must have 5+ years of IT experience with a focus on security, access management, and system administration.
Strong hands-on experience with Okta administration, workflows, and identity management is required.
Proficiency with infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform is necessary.
Experience in implementing and managing MDM, VDI, and endpoint security solutions is essential.
Knowledge of cloud security best practices and authentication standards is required.
Proven ability to lead projects, automate processes, and achieve measurable security improvements is expected.
Candidates should be skilled at mentoring, simplifying technical concepts for non-technical audiences, and influencing decisions.
