OnePay is a consumer financial services app focused on helping people achieve financial progress.
The Corporate Security Engineer will lead the design, implementation, and optimization of OnePay's corporate security infrastructure.
This role involves enhancing security controls, developing strategic security frameworks, and aligning security goals with business objectives.
Responsibilities include leading improvements in Identity and Access Management (IAM) systems, designing endpoint security measures, and implementing security postures for corporate SaaS applications.
The engineer will manage data protection controls, build secure data sharing methods, and collaborate with IT, Infrastructure, DevOps, and other Security teams.
The role also includes maintaining critical corporate systems, developing incident response and disaster recovery plans, and identifying automation solutions to improve security processes.
Requirements:
Candidates must have 10+ years of IT experience, including 5+ years in enterprise security within cloud environments.
Expertise in AWS IAM, managing roles, policies, and integrating third-party SaaS applications is required.
Strong experience with macOS management tools, MDM solutions, and securing SaaS platforms like Google Workspace and Okta is necessary.
A solid understanding of networking, authentication standards, and frameworks such as MITRE ATT&CK, NIST CSF, and CIS benchmarks is essential.
Advanced skills with Infrastructure-as-Code tools like Terraform and scripting with Python and/or TypeScript are required.
Hands-on experience with Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA) and Data Loss Prevention (DLP) solutions is needed.
Proven ability to lead large projects, automate processes, and achieve measurable security improvements is expected.
Candidates should be skilled at mentoring and simplifying technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
