Remote Creative Administrator, Security Awareness Training

Description:

• The Creative Administrator, Security Awareness Training, will work directly with the Head of Creative Strategy, User Training, to create and manage the creative strategy for the Security Awareness Training product.
• This role includes acting as a team leader and people manager to a team of animators and artists, shaping the strategic, creative, and artistic direction of the product.
• The position requires acting as a business partner to cross-functional teams across the organization.
• Responsibilities include managing production artists, animators, and writers, guiding their career development, and enhancing their skills through mentorship.
• The role involves collaborating closely with the Head of Creative Strategy to establish the creative strategy and schedules for learning content.
• The Creative Administrator will foster strong working relationships and facilitate information exchange by partnering with internal stakeholders across the organization.
• The position also requires proposing and implementing innovative methods to enhance workflow and processes for more efficient content creation.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have 5+ years of creative administration or other relevant experience.
• A minimum of 3+ years of people management and leadership experience is required.
• Expertise in managing the animation production process and related content is essential.
• An understanding of graphic design principles and creative tools is necessary.
• Strong project management skills are required for this position.
• Familiarity with marketing and brand principles is expected.
• Candidates should demonstrate a high level of creative originality and provide valuable insights to aid in strategic business planning.
• Strong familiarity with the Adobe Creative Suite is required.
• A portfolio demonstrating previous successful projects is necessary for consideration.
