Description:
The Creative Administrator, Security Awareness Training, will work directly with the Head of Creative Strategy, User Training, to create and manage the creative strategy for the Security Awareness Training product.
This role includes acting as a team leader and people manager to a team of animators and artists, shaping the strategic, creative, and artistic direction of the product.
The position requires acting as a business partner to cross-functional teams across the organization.
Responsibilities include managing production artists, animators, and writers, guiding their career development, and enhancing their skills through mentorship.
The role involves collaborating closely with the Head of Creative Strategy to establish the creative strategy and schedules for learning content.
The Creative Administrator will foster strong working relationships and facilitate information exchange by partnering with internal stakeholders across the organization.
The position also requires proposing and implementing innovative methods to enhance workflow and processes for more efficient content creation.
Requirements:
Candidates must have 5+ years of creative administration or other relevant experience.
A minimum of 3+ years of people management and leadership experience is required.
Expertise in managing the animation production process and related content is essential.
An understanding of graphic design principles and creative tools is necessary.
Strong project management skills are required for this position.
Familiarity with marketing and brand principles is expected.
Candidates should demonstrate a high level of creative originality and provide valuable insights to aid in strategic business planning.
Strong familiarity with the Adobe Creative Suite is required.
A portfolio demonstrating previous successful projects is necessary for consideration.
