Description:

The CRM Solutions Architect will design scalable, innovative solutions for clients, using HubSpot CRM as a central component within a broader front-office ecosystem.
Responsibilities include integrating systems, architecting data flows, and creating adaptable solutions that align with clients’ existing technology stacks and business processes.
The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Development, Marketing, Sales, and Service Consulting, to deliver high-impact projects.
Tasks include understanding client requirements, creating comprehensive documentation, leading complex technology configuration projects, conducting technology audits, and assisting with data migration projects.
The position requires fluency in German, as it will support German-speaking clients.

Requirements:

Candidates should have experience with HubSpot or transferable expertise from other technology platforms or system architecture roles.
A relevant tertiary qualification (e.g., Computer Science, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering) is required.
Experience in a digital/technical agency/consultancy in a consulting/specialist role is necessary, working with clients throughout the whole process.
Candidates must possess the ability to read, understand, and compile technical documentation, including API documentation and functional specifications.
Sound knowledge of big data and experience with integrating systems and leveraging APIs is essential.
Excellent command of English and exceptional writing and communication skills are required, with fluency in Spanish being desirable.
