The Crypto Vertical Lead will be responsible for leading the development of the Crypto vertical strategy.
The primary focus will be on driving commercial growth, client management, and developing strategic solutions for stablecoins and tier 1 crypto exchanges.
The role includes coordinating key operational aspects to ensure smooth and successful performance across the vertical.
Responsibilities include developing and implementing commercial strategies, monitoring vertical performance through KPIs, building partnerships with financial institutions, gathering inputs from internal teams, overseeing operational processes, representing the Crypto vertical in meetings, and identifying market trends and new business opportunities.

Requirements:

A minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial or operational management roles within a crypto environment, preferably in the payments or fintech sector is required.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams are essential.
Candidates must have deep knowledge of Crypto and corporate client relationship management.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both English and Spanish are necessary.
The ability to analyze data and KPIs with a focus on continuous improvement is required.
A proactive, strategic mindset with the ability to make quick decisions in a dynamic environment is essential.
Fluency in English is mandatory.
