Description:

Session AI is seeking a Customer Solutions Architect/Technical Consultant to join their team and contribute to the growth of their innovative in-session marketing platform.
The role involves working with both functional and technical customer stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of customer use cases within the Session AI platform.
The position offers a high degree of freedom in work, with support from the entire Session AI team, and opportunities to interact with experts in e-commerce and machine learning.
Key responsibilities include serving as a trusted technical advisor, understanding customer business requirements, architecting technical solutions, project managing customer implementations, and collaborating with various teams to deliver quality outcomes.

Requirements:

Candidates must have a minimum of 5+ years of solution development and/or delivery experience with web and mobile software development.
Prior experience in creating technical solutions, architectures, and design documents from business requirements/use cases is required.
Previous client-facing experience in planning and implementing solutions is essential.
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, along with the ability to exercise mature judgment, are necessary.
Excellent oral and written communication skills are crucial for effective interaction with both technical and non-technical audiences.
A broad understanding of technologies and best practices for implementing HTML5, iOS, or Android applications is required.
Strong programming experience in server-side Javascript and Java, along with working knowledge of CSS and HTML5, is necessary.
Experience in a startup environment is preferred.
Exposure to stream processing platforms, real-time data sources, and API-based microservices is a plus.
A sound understanding of data structures and domains such as retail, banking, or hospitality is advantageous.

The base salary range for this full-time position is $130,000 to $150,000, with additional bonus opportunities depending on experience.
Session AI's salary ranges are benchmarked and determined by role and level.
