Description:

  • In this role, you will help our prospects and customers add integration features into their products.
  • You will start from proof-of-concept with new customers to helping them ship integrations to production and then keep expanding and improving their integration offerings.
  • You will work at the intersection of business and technical problems, dealing with a range of APIs and use cases across many types of business applications.
  • This role requires quick problem solving, continuous learning, and good attention to detail.
  • Responsibilities include understanding integration use cases our customers want to build and helping implement them using our product.
  • You will answer customer questions about our product and its practical application across a variety of use cases.
  • You will help customers figure out external applications and how to integrate with them.
  • You will provide feedback to the Platform team that makes the product better in handling use cases you deal with.
  • Optional responsibilities include participating in intro calls to demonstrate our product to potential customers, improving product documentation and other customer-facing artifacts, and building reusable examples and demos of integration functionality.

Requirements:

  • You must have experience working with SaaS APIs and building integrations, with or without using tools.
  • You should have the ability to read and understand front-end and backend code.
  • You must have the ability and desire to work autonomously, as there will be no manager to tell you what to do every day.
  • It is great to have an understanding of the business SaaS space, including CRMs, task management, accounting, and HR tools.
  • Experience with integration platforms is a plus.
  • A working knowledge of front-end (React) and backend (Node.js) programming is also beneficial.
