Description:

In this role, you will help our prospects and customers add integration features into their products.
You will start from proof-of-concept with new customers to helping them ship integrations to production and then keep expanding and improving their integration offerings.
You will work at the intersection of business and technical problems, dealing with a range of APIs and use cases across many types of business applications.
This role requires quick problem solving, continuous learning, and good attention to detail.
Responsibilities include understanding integration use cases our customers want to build and helping implement them using our product.
You will answer customer questions about our product and its practical application across a variety of use cases.
You will help customers figure out external applications and how to integrate with them.
Providing feedback to the Platform team to improve the product in handling use cases you deal with is also part of your responsibilities.
Optional tasks include participating in intro calls to demonstrate our product to potential customers, improving product documentation and other customer-facing artifacts, and building reusable examples and demos of integration functionality.

Requirements:

You must have experience working with SaaS APIs and building integrations, with or without using tools.
You should have the ability to read and understand front-end and backend code.
You must possess the ability and desire to work autonomously, as there will be no manager to tell you what to do every day.
It is great to have an understanding of the business SaaS space, including CRMs, task management, accounting, and HR tools.
Experience with integration platforms is also a plus.
A working knowledge of front-end (React) and backend (Node.js) programming is beneficial.
