Description:

The CX Operations Data Analyst III will be part of Calendly’s Customer Experience team, focusing on providing a high-touch experience to customers.
This role involves ensuring the CX department has well-implemented dashboards and reporting mechanisms.
The analyst will report to the Senior Manager of CX - Systems & Analytics and will be responsible for delivering timely, accurate, and relevant insights to drive departmental success.
Daily tasks include utilizing data to answer key business questions, partnering with various teams to discover insights, conducting ad-hoc analysis, and optimizing data integration with tools like Zendesk and Gainsight.
The position offers an opportunity to influence Calendly’s direction and growth while working closely with CX leadership and other business leaders.

Requirements:

Candidates must have 5+ years of experience in Data Analytics, Customer Experience, Customer Success, or related fields.
Experience with systems such as Zendesk, Salesforce, Chatbots, and Google BigQuery is required.
Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker) and advanced Excel skills is necessary.
Candidates should have experience with SQL, Python, and querying databases to analyze large datasets.
The ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and prioritize in a fast-paced environment is essential.
Candidates must be able to operate effectively in undefined processes and help define those processes.
Experience managing complex projects to deadlines is required.
Familiarity with customer experience metrics such as NPS, CSAT, and CES is necessary.

The expected annual base salary ranges from $90,834 to $147,471, depending on the geographic location and experience.
