Description:
Assist in conducting vulnerability assessments for IT and OT systems.
Assist in the mitigation of threats and vulnerabilities.
Support and maintain security tools and technologies.
Ensure security tools are properly configured and updated.
Collaborate with teams to develop and track remediation plans for identified vulnerabilities.
Monitor and ensure timely closure of vulnerabilities per SLAs.
Ensure tools are properly integrated with other security systems and data sources.
Conduct regular health checks and performance tuning of security solutions.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
Proven 3 to 4 years of experience in cybersecurity support or a related role.
Strong knowledge of cybersecurity principles, protocols, and best practices.
Experience with security tools and technologies, such as SIEM, IDS/IPS, firewalls, antivirus software, etc.
Working knowledge of network protocols and infrastructure.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication and customer service skills.
Relevant certifications in cybersecurity (e.g., CompTIA Security +, GSEC, CISM) are preferred.
