OffSec is seeking an adaptable and results-driven Content Developer to join their global team remotely.
The role involves blending cybersecurity expertise, hands-on lab development, and technical content creation to build engaging online courses and certifications.
Responsibilities include crafting instructional content that emphasizes hands-on learning, reviewing and refining course materials, and collaborating with teams for seamless integration of labs and content updates.
The Content Developer will design and develop training environments and simulations, create detailed build guides for virtual machine environments, and ensure labs integrate smoothly into learning management systems.
The position requires leveraging deep cybersecurity knowledge to design realistic security challenges and testing the accuracy and effectiveness of training content.
Candidates with expertise in penetration testing, cloud, LLMs, DF|IR|TH, and mobile are particularly encouraged to apply.

Requirements:

Candidates must have 3-5 years of relevant industry experience in cybersecurity, lab creation, and content development.
Proficiency in Microsoft Azure and Active Directory attacks, including enumeration, privilege escalation, lateral movement, and persistence techniques is required.
Strong programming skills in PowerShell, C#, and Python are necessary.
Experience in bypassing security solutions like antivirus, application control, and EDR is essential.
Strong writing and communication skills are required to express complex concepts clearly and effectively.
Excellent research skills, including data gathering, analysis, and fact-checking, are necessary.
Candidates must be able to adapt explanations to different audiences for clarity and comprehension.
Familiarity with content development principles, including learning experiences, assessment design, and production workflows is required.
The ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines is essential.
Experience collaborating with teams in global, cross-functional environments is necessary.
