Description:
The Cybersecurity Engineer will develop and configure analytical rules in a corporate-level SIEM system.
The role involves integrating new log sources, optimizing event retention, and implementing automation for response actions.
The engineer will work on threat detection by configuring correlations, KQL-like queries, and playbook-type scenarios.
Regular vulnerability scanning will be organized, with automation of result processing and interaction with other systems.
The position requires setting up and maintaining data loss prevention (DLP) policies in environments integrated with Microsoft 365 or other cloud platforms.
Documentation of technical solutions and participation in projects aimed at enhancing information security is also expected.
Requirements:
A higher technical education or specialized courses in the field of information security is required.
Candidates must have at least 3 years of experience in cybersecurity, security administration, or engineering.
Understanding of SIEM/SOAR principles and experience in writing detection queries and rules is necessary.
Knowledge of vulnerability management principles and experience with CVE, CVSS, and vulnerability databases is essential.
Experience with data protection systems, DLP, or data classification is required.
Skills in automation using languages such as PowerShell, Python, or other scripting languages are needed.
A basic level of knowledge about cloud security is expected.
Experience with tools like Qualys, Tenable, or Nexpose is a plus.
Certifications such as SC-200, AZ-500, MS-500, CompTIA Security+, or similar are advantageous.
Experience with Cloud Security tools like Azure Security Center or AWS GuardDuty is also a plus.
