Description:

  • The Cybersecurity Regulatory and Compliance Lead will be responsible for facilitating compliance with global regulations.
  • This role includes developing, implementing, and managing the organization’s Cybersecurity compliance programs.
  • The position involves ensuring adherence to relevant laws, regulations, and standards.
  • Responsibilities include conducting risk assessments and providing guidance on best practices to mitigate security risks.
  • The lead will develop and maintain comprehensive Cybersecurity regulatory and compliance programs.
  • They will monitor and interpret regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Staying updated on the latest Cybersecurity regulatory and compliance changes is essential.
  • The lead will manage all regulatory, compliance, and client commitments in a single view.
  • Regular risk assessments and audits will be conducted to ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Identifying compliance gaps and developing roadmaps to achieve compliance is a key responsibility.
  • Collaboration with internal teams to implement security controls and policies is required.
  • The lead will provide expertise on international regulatory frameworks such as NY DFS and DORA.
  • Maintaining documentation and reporting related to regulatory and compliance is necessary.
  • Liaising with external auditors, regulatory agencies, and client requests as needed is part of the role.
  • Ensuring compliance with global regulations, including DORA, BaFin, and NY DFS, is crucial.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in Cybersecurity compliance and regulatory roles is required.
  • In-depth knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and standards, such as GDPR, is necessary.
  • Experience with global regulatory frameworks, including DORA, BaFin, and NY DFS, is essential.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are required for this position.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary for effective collaboration.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team is important.
  • Detail-oriented individuals with strong organizational skills are preferred.
