• Viseven is seeking an experienced professional for the role of Data Analysis Team/Tech Lead.
• In this position, you will define metrics to track team performance, optimize query execution time, and enhance data management processes.

• You will oversee data management, ensuring confidentiality and compliance, as well as conducting data quality checks against standards.
• Implementing solutions based on advanced data analysis and machine learning, analyzing campaign data, and providing insights for optimization will be part of your role.
• You will act as a data analysis expert in client meetings, providing technical insights and strategic recommendations to achieve project goals.
• Mentoring team members, providing technical consultations, and developing individual growth plans with regular skill assessments and support are key responsibilities.
• You will collaborate with project managers to monitor team workflows, conduct performance evaluations, and continuously improve processes.
• Coordination with other departments, the IT team, and stakeholders is necessary to ensure seamless project execution and infrastructure support.
• Identifying and resolving technical issues early in projects, assisting developers with tasks, and promoting ongoing technical learning within the team are also part of your duties.

Requirements:

• You should have 4-5 years of experience in data analysis in leadership roles, demonstrating the ability to solve complex, non-standard tasks and develop tailored solutions to achieve business goals.
• Significant experience in data modeling and visualization is required, including advanced skills in Power Query/DAX for effective data transformation and insight generation.
• Proficiency in data management and preparation methods is necessary to ensure high data quality for analysis, including best practices in predictive analytics.
• Advanced knowledge of SQL for database management and manipulation is essential, along with experience using AWS Athena/Azure Data Exporter and other cloud tools.
• Experience with Python programming and automation, including frameworks and libraries for data analysis, API integration, and knowledge of REST API principles is required.
• You should have experience with Power BI for report creation, deployment, workspace management, and administrator portal configuration, as well as experience with Power BI Paginated Report Builder.
• Skills in integrating third-party APIs and managing data flow between systems, including experience using Postman for API testing and AWS Lambda/Azure Functions for data-driven solutions are necessary.
• Deep knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including complex functions, data analysis tools, and modeling capabilities for data preparation and reporting is required.
• Effective collaboration with clients and internal stakeholders to understand requirements, provide recommendations, and create high-performance data solutions is essential.
• Strong logical and critical thinking skills for problem-solving, developing useful solutions, and improving products while ensuring compliance with quality standards and best practices are necessary.
• Proficiency in English at an Upper Intermediate+ or Advanced level is required.
