The Data Analyst will support commercial teams by building scalable data tools, executing data analyses, and creating data-driven stories that showcase Garner Health's value to clients.
This role involves transforming complex data into actionable insights to drive decision-making across the organization.
The position reports to the VP of Data Analytics.
Responsibilities include utilizing data to identify patterns in client behavior, converting data into compelling narratives, designing business intelligence dashboards, and collaborating with various teams to support data-driven decision-making.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate should have 1+ year of experience in a fast-paced environment such as management consulting, investment banking, or startups.
Healthcare experience is a plus but not necessary.
Proficiency in SQL and Python is required, along with a strong ability to perform complex data analysis and generate business insights.
A commercial orientation is essential.
Strong written and verbal communication skills are necessary to convey complex information clearly to stakeholders.
The candidate must be able to manage multiple stakeholders and prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines.
A willingness to take initiative and contribute to the company's success is important.
A desire to be part of the mission to improve the U.S. healthcare system is essential.
Benefits:
The target salary range for this position is $100,000 - $140,000, with individual compensation depending on qualifications and skills.
