The Data Analyst will work cross-functionally across LTK to provide insights to optimize the business and assess the execution and impact of initiatives.
This role requires creativity, analytical skills, and technical proficiency with a strong desire to solve problems while balancing business and tech dynamics.
The Data Analyst will be part of a growth-hungry team on the Foundational Analytics squad within the LTK Insights & Analytics hub.
Responsibilities include identifying business challenges, supporting analysis and targeting efforts, creating reporting dashboards, evaluating business performance, and managing critical data documentation.
The role involves synthesizing complex data analyses, crafting compelling dashboards, and collaborating with cross-functional colleagues to drive strategies for growth.

Requirements:

A minimum of 2 years of experience as an analyst or in a quantitative role is required.
0-1 years of experience in developing with LookML and Looker’s SQL Runner is preferred.
Experience with implementing and managing BI platforms (Looker) for business intelligence is also preferred.
Strong communication skills are necessary to present findings clearly to various stakeholders.
Candidates should possess strong math and analytical skills, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
Strong SQL skills are required; experience with Python, R, or similar programming languages is a plus.
A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree is required, with a strong quantitative foundation preferred.
A self-starter with a curious nature and attention to detail is essential, along with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
