The company is seeking a Data Analyst who enjoys digging deeper than standard reports, conducting statistical research, testing hypotheses, and providing evidence-based insights for important business decisions.
The role involves end-to-end research, collaborating with product teams, working with Big Data, and storytelling through data by preparing analytical materials such as research reports and presentations.

Requirements:

Candidates should have at least 2 years of experience in analytics with strong knowledge of statistics and research methodologies, including hypothesis testing and descriptive and inferential statistics.
Experience in regression analysis and statistical modeling is required, including linear/logistic regression, correlations, confidence intervals, and the ability to draw well-founded analytical conclusions.
Proficiency in SQL for preparing complex queries and analyses, as well as Python for statistical calculations and result validation, is necessary.
Familiarity with Power BI or similar BI tools for creating interactive dashboards and quality data visualization is essential.
An upper-intermediate level of English is required for working with technical documentation and communication in an international environment.
