Description:
As a Data Analyst within the Data Product Management team, you will play a crucial role in shaping corporate strategy and allocation.
You will manage product-level P&Ls and priorities, ensuring smooth operating rhythms.
Your mission is to create products and analytics that extract valuable insights from structured and unstructured data.
You will drive business decisions by providing quantitative and qualitative data analysis, reporting patterns, insights, and trends to decision-makers.
Your responsibilities include collecting, aggregating, and analyzing data from multiple internal and external sources to drive insights into business performance.
You will produce actionable reports that show key performance indicators, identify areas of improvement in current operations, and display root cause analysis of problems.
You will collaborate to build intuitive data visualizations that offer deep and actionable insights against complex and dynamic business challenges in the Fintech space.
You will take ownership of the UX/UI experience delivered to clients across multiple data products.
You will contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of business intelligence tools.
You will support and contribute to data collection efforts as needed.
You will help identify the business data needed to produce the most useful insights and future analytics.
You will monitor data management processes to ensure data quality and consistency.
Requirements:
You should have a moderate skill set and proficiency within the subject area, performing simple to moderately difficult aspects of the role independently.
You will support seasoned peers and management on more complex aspects of the role.
You should be able to work on problems of moderate scope, often varied and routine, where analysis of situations or data requires a review of a variety of factors.
You must exercise judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action.
You should apply learned techniques and contribute to analysis and investigation to solve problems.
You need to build productive internal/external working relationships to resolve mutual problems by collaborating on procedures or transactions.
A Bachelor's degree and 2-4 years of relevant professional experience (or equivalent work experience) are required.
