Remote Data Analyst

Description:

• At IT Labs, we are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Data Analyst who can turn complex datasets into actionable insights.
• The Data Analyst will collaborate with the CTO and stakeholders to analyze trends, build predictive models, and create data-driven strategies.
• Responsibilities include gathering reporting requirements, writing and managing reports using SQL and Retool, and analyzing large datasets to identify trends and insights that drive business improvement.
• The role involves operationalizing predictive pricing and other models based on historical data to support key business initiatives.
• The Data Analyst will provide data-driven recommendations for optimizing business processes and outcomes, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across all reports and analyses.
• Additionally, the position requires developing and maintaining dashboards and visualizations to effectively communicate findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Data Analyst is required.
• Proven experience in a similar role is essential.
• Proficiency in SQL for querying and manipulating data is necessary.
• Experience with Retool or similar tools for building custom reports and dashboards is required.
• Strong skills in Python for data analysis and predictive analytics are needed.
• Experience in predictive modeling, including the ability to operationalize models for business use cases, is essential.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail, are required.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools and techniques is necessary.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, are essential.
• A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics) is required.
