Description:
Webflow is seeking a Data Analyst to help inform the future of the company with data.
The role involves building a deep understanding of how customers create for the web using Webflow's product.
The Data Analyst will partner with stakeholders to identify business questions and perform analyses that enable data-informed decision-making.
Responsibilities include championing data governance and literacy, defining company metrics, and providing visibility through interactive data visualizations and dashboards.
The position is remote-first, based in Mexico City, and is a full-time, permanent role.
The cash compensation for this role ranges from MXN 528,900 to MXN 640,000, depending on the candidate's location and experience.
The Data Analyst will report to the Manager of Data Analytics.
The role requires enabling business stakeholders to leverage data and analytics capabilities, empowering teams to answer complex business questions, aligning on deep dive analysis opportunities, and collaborating with other data team members to improve analytics capabilities.
Requirements:
Candidates must have business-level fluency in English, both written and spoken.
A minimum of 2 years of experience in data analytics or a relevant field is required.
Proficiency in SQL and/or programming languages such as Python or R is necessary.
Expertise in manipulating large data sets, interpreting data trends, and using visualization tools like Tableau, Looker, or Mode is essential.
Strong analytical skills are required to make meaningful recommendations based on data analysis.
Candidates should be strong collaborators who enjoy empowering business stakeholders with diagnostic and descriptive analysis.
Excellent communication skills are needed to explain analytical findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
