Description:
The Data Analyst will assist media and creative team members to deliver a world-class experience for customers.
Responsibilities include tracking project requirements using project management tools, leading communication planning, and managing project roadmaps.
The role involves planning and triaging communications for effective responses and influencing creative, media, and reporting operations.
The analyst will prepare and maintain recurring client presentations and manage file organization.
Quality control procedures will be implemented to maintain high standards of output.
The position requires hosting and leading weekly scrum meetings to review objectives and deliverables.
The analyst will collect, analyze, and create actionable insights and reports to help clients make data-driven decisions.
Responsibilities also include generating industry and competitor reports, customer journey mapping, and channel analysis reports.
Requirements:
Candidates must have experience in data analysis, computer programming, mathematics, and statistics.
The ability to generate industry reports using various tools and analyze changes in auction prices and market share is required.
Experience in conducting competitor business deep dives and analyzing social channels is necessary.
Candidates should be able to analyze customer journeys using both objective and subjective methods.
The role requires generating holistic performance reports to understand ROI and identify areas for improvement.
Familiarity with project management tools like Monday.com and communication tools like Slack is a plus.
Experience with Google Drive for file organization is also beneficial.
