Remote Data Analyst

Description:

• Rinsed is a B2B SaaS company focused on the car wash industry, providing tools for transitioning to a subscription model.
• The company is currently installed at over 1,800 car washes nationwide, managing more than 5 million car wash memberships.
• As the first Data Analyst, you will be a key member of the data team, responsible for resolving data-related questions and issues within the platform.
• You will build analytics dashboards to help customers address business needs and contribute to internal analytics by extracting data and running analyses.
• Daily tasks include diving into customer data questions, building dashboards, exploring Point-of-Sale data using SQL, proposing analyses, identifying bugs, and data modeling in dbt.

Requirements:

• Candidates should have 1-3 years of experience in data analytics, business analytics, or data science, or be a talented new graduate with relevant skills.
• Proficiency in writing performant SQL is required, with some Python experience preferred.
• A solid understanding of business intelligence tools like Tableau and Metabase is necessary, along with experience in creating and sharing dashboards.
• Clear communication skills, especially on complex technical topics, are essential.
• Excellent analytical skills to gather and interpret feedback, insights, and trends for a broader audience are required.
• Candidates should possess an entrepreneurial spirit and adaptability to a fast-growing environment with a high tolerance for ambiguity.
• A track record of working autonomously, along with strong organizational and time management skills, is important.
