River West Homes is seeking a Data Analyst to join their team remotely in a full-time, entry-level position.
The Data Analyst will be responsible for managing the master data set and developing reports and visualizations.
The ideal candidate will have an exceptional eye for detail, expertise as a data analyst, and a solid understanding of popular data analysis tools.
The role involves working closely with product owners across various lines of business to understand organizational objectives and prioritize requirements.
Responsibilities include managing data by owning the master data, reviewing and reporting findings, explaining data testing, and processing confidential information according to guidelines.
The Data Analyst will create reports for customers and internal users to provide clarity on trends and areas for improvement.
The position also involves supporting the data warehouse by identifying and revising reporting requirements and initiatives for data integrity and normalization.
Recommendations for improvements and suggestions for generating sales through trend analysis will be part of the role.
The Data Analyst will compile business intelligence and trends to support actionable recommendations.

Requirements:

A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Information Management, or a related field is required.
Candidates must have 3 years of experience as a data analyst or in a related field.
The ability to understand business needs and communicate them in easy-to-understand, non-technical language is essential.
High-level written and verbal communication skills are required for this position.
