Description:

HHAeXchange is seeking a detail-oriented and analytically driven Data Analyst to join their Operations Command Center (OCC).
This role is critical for ensuring operational excellence and seamless interoperability across various systems, with a strong emphasis on integrations.
The Data Analyst will monitor, analyze, and optimize data flows to ensure efficient and accurate communication between internal systems and external partners.
Key responsibilities include troubleshooting data issues, enhancing integration capabilities, and contributing to overall operational performance.
Essential job duties include continuously monitoring data flows and system integrations, ensuring effective communication and data sharing, analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs), resolving data integration issues, identifying inefficiencies, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and maintaining comprehensive documentation.

Requirements:

Candidates must have 2-5 years of experience in data analysis, focusing on systems integration or interoperability.
A strong knowledge of data transformation, mapping, and data pipeline optimization is required.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to quickly identify, diagnose, and resolve data issues are essential.
Experience in a fast-paced operations or command center environment is a plus.
Strong communication and collaboration skills are necessary to effectively work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
A Bachelor’s degree in data science, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
Familiarity with SQL, Python, or other data querying and scripting languages is desired.
Experience with EDI, X12, or HL7 standards for interoperability is a plus.
Working knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and data integration in cloud environments is beneficial.
Familiarity with monitoring tools and dashboards for real-time data analysis (e.g., Datadog) is preferred.
Experience working with APIs, ETL tools, and integration platforms (e.g., EDI, Mirth) is advantageous.

The base salary range for this position is $80,000-90,000 per year, not including variable compensation.
