Description:

The Data Analyst position is a remote, contracted role with a project duration of 3 months, with the possibility of leading to a permanent hire.

The role involves supporting the client's Business Intelligence (BI) team by creating, delivering, and automating key reports across multiple client programs.
The selected candidate will collaborate closely with the BI team to transform Excel-based reports into automated, scalable Power BI dashboards.
Essential duties include creating and maintaining accurate reports using Excel and Power BI, collaborating with the EMEA BI team to transition manual reporting to automated reports, ensuring timely delivery of reports, interpreting data, analyzing results, and coordinating with stakeholders to gather report requirements.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Data Analyst, Reporting Analyst, or in a similar role is required.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas, pivot tables, and charting is necessary.
Hands-on experience with Power BI, including dashboard creation, DAX, data modeling, and Power Query is essential.
The candidate must have the ability to learn and adapt to existing BI methodologies and reporting practices.
A solid understanding of data analytics, business metrics, and reporting workflows is required.
Excellent communication skills are necessary to interact effectively with global teams.
Strong attention to detail and time management skills are important, especially in remote work environments.
Experience working with international teams or across time zones is a plus.
