Description:

  • StackAdapt is hiring a Data Analyst Intern to join the Partnerships Team for a 6-month internship, working 40 hours per week.
  • The position is remote and open to candidates located anywhere in Canada.
  • The intern will report to the Lead of Business Intelligence and will be responsible for creating dashboards and reports.
  • Responsibilities include assisting in setting up BI dashboards, addressing data requests from internal teams, generating reports, and maintaining data accuracy with attention to detail.
  • The intern will also work with team members to set up new data sources and automate data refresh, and address basic requests from the Sales team through Freshdesk when required.

Requirements:

  • Candidates must be recent graduates with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related quantitative discipline.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking are required, along with the ability to adhere to deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Excel is necessary, and knowledge of SQL and Python for data extraction and manipulation is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Experience with business intelligence tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar is required.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for this role.
