The Data Analyst will be responsible for transforming data into actionable insights that support strategic decisions and operational improvements.
This role involves analyzing large datasets, building reports, automating workflows, and uncovering trends that drive growth and enhance customer experience.
The Data Analyst will work closely with various departments, including Success, Product, Sales, and Marketing, to deliver custom analytics solutions and translate data insights into actionable strategies.

Requirements:

A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field is required.
The candidate should have 3–5 years of experience in a Data Analyst or similar role, with SaaS experience preferred.
Proficiency in Google Sheets, including advanced formulas and scripting, is necessary.
Strong SQL skills and experience with BI tools like Tableau are required.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills are essential for this position.
The candidate must possess effective communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
Strong organizational and time management abilities are needed to manage multiple projects in a remote, fast-paced environment.
Experience with collaboration tools like Google Workspace, Slack, and Zoom is important.
An understanding of the customer lifecycle—from onboarding and adoption to reactivations, implementations, and migrations—is required.
