Description:
Dandy is transforming the dental industry by integrating and simplifying every function of dental practices through technology.
The company is seeking an experienced senior data analyst to address significant challenges in analytics for Go to Market (GTM) and Product functions.
This role will support the growth of recurring revenue, improve customer retention, enhance product experience, and drive customer acquisition.
Responsibilities include developing insights for revenue and product teams, defining data language for KPIs and dashboards, facilitating rapid decision-making, designing A/B experiments, and mentoring other analysts.
The position requires working autonomously and leveraging data analysis to make impactful recommendations.
Requirements:
Candidates must have 3+ years of experience in revenue, retention, and customer life cycle analytics, preferably in a B2B setting.
A BA/BS in a quantitative field such as mathematics, statistics, or engineering, or in behavioral science with statistical skills is required.
Proficiency in SQL and Python is essential.
Strong communication skills are necessary to convey results effectively and drive change.
Candidates should demonstrate autonomy, ownership, critical thinking, problem-solving, and statistical skills.
Bonus points for experience with revenue data at companies like Shopify, Amazon, or Uber, strong customer empathy for dentists, and experience in Looker, Hex, and DBT.
