Description:

  • Superside is seeking a Data Analyst with strong marketing knowledge to join their Data & Analytics team.
  • The role involves transforming raw marketing data into scalable, decision-ready insights.
  • Responsibilities include building and maintaining marketing-centric data models using dbt, ensuring they are reusable and aligned with business goals.
  • The Data Analyst will translate ambiguous questions into structured analyses that drive action with curiosity and precision.
  • The position requires designing and analyzing experiments and attribution models to evaluate performance, ROI, and growth impact.
  • The analyst will partner with marketing leadership to define KPIs and reporting frameworks that support strategic decision-making.
  • Creating and maintaining dashboards using BI tools like Looker, Omni, or Hex is essential, focusing on usability and long-term impact.
  • The role involves using Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA) to identify levers for cost efficiency, conversion optimization, and growth expansion.
  • Automating reporting workflows and building scalable metrics for reuse across teams is a key responsibility.
  • The Data Analyst will work cross-functionally to embed analytics into operational workflows and improve internal systems reliant on data.

Requirements:

  • Strong SQL skills and experience with large, complex datasets are required.
  • Proven hands-on experience with dbt and a solid understanding of data modeling best practices is necessary.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (such as HubSpot and Salesforce), marketing automation platforms, and data tracking setups is essential.
  • The candidate should be comfortable designing experiments, interpreting test results (especially A/B tests), and making data-informed decisions.
  • Experience with BI platforms like Looker, Omni, Hex, or Tableau, with a user-focused approach to dashboard design, is required.
  • A background in Marketing Analytics (preferably B2B) is needed, with knowledge of funnel metrics, CAC, attribution models, and campaign tracking.
  • A proactive and collaborative mindset is essential, with the ability to ask “why?”, challenge assumptions, and aim for lasting improvements.
