Remote Data Analyst

Description:

• Chooose builds software to enable lower carbon fuel value chains in hard-to-abate sectors.
• The company serves clients like Alaska Airlines, Air Canada, Delta Air Lines, and Flexport to support their SAF programs and carbon initiatives.
• The Data team is responsible for transforming and maintaining the quality of external and system data, creating analytical visualizations, and providing insights to internal teams.
• This role focuses primarily on Business Intelligence to empower internal teams and build external facing visualizations.
• Responsibilities include collaborating with internal stakeholders to streamline data-driven performance management and enabling self-serve metrics for various internal teams.
• The role also involves working with the Product team to incorporate external facing visualizations into the Chooose platform.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have an understanding of querying languages such as KQL and SQL.
• An understanding of key data manipulation concepts is required.
• A minimum of 2-5 years of experience using data visualization tools and performing analysis in tools like Google Suite and Microsoft Office is necessary.
• The ability to answer questions and problem-solve through data manipulation and visualizations is essential.
• A solution-oriented mindset that leverages data to solve problems is expected.
• Candidates should have the ability to prioritize and manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
