The Data Analyst will analyze large data sets, deliver insights to stakeholders, and consult on business challenges to make data-driven recommendations.
Responsibilities include transforming complex data into actionable insights, collaborating with other analysts, and generating descriptive and predictive statistics.

A minimum of 2 years of experience in data analytics is required.
A BA/BS degree in a quantitatively focused discipline is necessary; a Masters or PhD is a plus.
Experience in writing advanced SQL queries is essential.
Proficiency in building data visualizations using BI tools like Looker or Tableau is required.
Strong communication skills and the ability to present data effectively to clients are necessary.
An analytical, rigorous, and creative approach to problem-solving is important.
Experience with predictive analysis and statistical methods is a plus.
Familiarity with R or Python is advantageous.
Prior experience in the insurance industry is a plus.
