Federato is seeking a Data Analyst to join their remote team.
The company focuses on providing efficient and equitable insurance solutions using AI/ML-driven platforms.
The Data Analyst will design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards, charts, and reports that provide real-time insights to various business units.
The role involves ensuring that visualizations are user-friendly and tailored to the needs of different audiences, including customer success, sales, marketing, and external clients.
The analyst will lead the development of a scalable portfolio insight analytics product for both internal and external stakeholders.
Responsibilities include collaborating with product managers and engineers to integrate the analytics product into existing systems and workflows.
The Data Analyst will work closely with the data science team to monitor the performance and impact of ML models deployed in production.
The position requires acting as a liaison between technical teams and business units to ensure alignment on objectives and deliverables.

Requirements:

A Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field is required.
Candidates should have experience working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
A minimum of 2 years of proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role, with a strong focus on dashboard development and statistical analysis, is necessary.
Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI and statistical software like Python is essential.
Experience with SQL and working with large datasets is required.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail are important for this role.
