Description:

• Clipboard Health is a fast-growing tech startup focused on connecting healthcare professionals with facilities through an app-based marketplace.
• The Data Analyst will be part of the Worker Operations Team, centralizing data across marketplace tools for operational leaders.
• Responsibilities include optimizing technical infrastructure, managing data integrity, developing dashboards, collaborating with stakeholders, and drafting strategic memos.
• The role requires executing complex SQL queries, ensuring data accuracy, and fostering knowledge-sharing through documentation.
• This position is fully remote, but candidates based in the USA or Canada are not being recruited at this time.

Requirements:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is required, with relevant certifications being a plus.
• Candidates must have at least 3 years of experience managing data warehouses and crafting visualizations.
• Proficiency in SQL and experience in technical support or IT operations in high-paced environments are essential.
• Familiarity with major operating systems (Windows, Linux) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) is advantageous.
• Scripting skills in languages such as PowerShell, Python, or Bash for task automation are required.
• Understanding of ITIL framework best practices, particularly in incident management and service delivery, is necessary.
• Strong analytical and communication skills are essential for conveying complex technical details to non-technical stakeholders.
• Attention to detail and the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team are crucial.
