Description:

PingWind is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Analyst to join their dynamic team.
The Data Analyst will oversee and build machine learning models, develop interactive dashboards, and manage the data lifecycle for the MEDCHART system.
The position requires a Secret clearance with the ability to obtain a Top Secret clearance.
A Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field is required.
Candidates must have six (6) years of relevant experience.
Responsibilities include overseeing the development of machine learning models to extract meaningful insights from MEDCHART system data, collaborating with data scientists and stakeholders to define model requirements and objectives, ensuring dashboards are user-friendly and accessible, conducting in-depth data analysis, communicating findings through clear reports, and integrating machine learning models into operational systems.

Requirements:

Strong programming skills in Python, R, or similar languages for data analysis and model development are required.
Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar is necessary.
Knowledge of machine learning algorithms and statistical modeling techniques is essential.
Proficiency in machine learning model development and implementation is required.
Strong data analysis and interpretation skills are necessary.
Excellent data visualization and dashboard development skills are required.
Effective communication and collaboration abilities are essential.
Candidates must be detail-oriented with a focus on data quality and accuracy.
Preferred qualifications include CAP, CCA Data Analyst, or SAS certified Data Scientist.
Certifications such as Security+ and HIPAA are required.
