AlGooru is seeking a Data Analyst to join their team in Punjab, Pakistan.
The company is a leading private tutoring platform in Saudi Arabia, licensed by the National E-Learning Center (NELC).
The Data Analyst will be part of the Insights tribe, focusing on driving data-informed financial and business decisions.
Responsibilities include transforming complex financial and operational data into actionable insights, maintaining data quality standards, and building scalable data pipelines.
The role involves collecting, cleaning, transforming, and validating large datasets, particularly financial data.
The Data Analyst will develop and maintain dashboards and reports using advanced data visualization tools, preferably Tableau.
Conducting deep-dive analyses into financial performance and business trends is essential for guiding strategic planning.
Collaboration with finance, operations, and executive leadership to understand reporting needs and deliver data solutions is required.
The position requires writing complex SQL queries, using advanced Excel functionalities, and applying Python and Data Engineering tools for automation and analytics.
The Data Analyst will present insights to both technical and non-technical audiences in a structured manner.

Requirements:

Candidates should have 1-2 years of experience as a Data Analyst, specifically focusing on financial data.
Strong skills in SQL and Excel are essential for the role.
Experience with Tableau or similar tools for creating dashboards and reports is required.
A good knowledge of Python and Data Engineering concepts is necessary.
Candidates must be comfortable working with large datasets from multiple sources.
The ability to forecast, analyze, and clearly explain financial data is crucial.
Strong presentation skills are needed to effectively communicate findings.
Experience working with financial reports is also a requirement.
