Description:
We are seeking a talented and analytical Data Analyst to join our Ad Operations team.
In this role, you will leverage your data expertise to support campaign performance tracking, provide actionable insights, and help optimize advertising strategies for our clients.
The ideal candidate has a strong analytical background, attention to detail, and an understanding of digital advertising metrics.
This position offers a unique opportunity to work closely with a cross-functional team of ad operations, product, engineering, sales, and client service professionals to drive performance and innovation within the retail media landscape.
Key responsibilities include analyzing and interpreting data to evaluate campaign performance, developing and maintaining dashboards and reports, conducting data validation checks, optimizing ad strategies, collaborating with various teams, identifying process improvements, and staying updated with industry trends.
Requirements:
A Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or a related field is required.
A minimum of 2 years of experience in data analysis, preferably within an ad tech, digital marketing, or retail media environment is necessary.
Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL and Excel is essential.
Familiarity with digital advertising metrics and platforms, including knowledge of tracking, attribution, and performance analysis is required.
Experience with Google Analytics, DCM, or similar advertising platforms is a plus.
Experience with Python is a bonus but not required.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights are crucial.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills are necessary to present data insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
The candidate must be highly detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving data-related issues are required.
