Description:

As the Enterprise Data Analyst, you will be an integral part of our data team, providing insights that drive customer success and business growth.
This role involves analyzing data, developing dashboards, and collaborating with various teams to translate data into actionable insights.
You will partner with customer success, product, and clinical teams to support Vida Health’s growth with new and existing customers.
You will define metrics, analyze trends, and create visualizations to communicate health outcomes and drive cost efficiency.
The role requires developing dashboards, reports, and documentation to help teams make data-driven decisions.
You will meet with customers to support the launch and ongoing use of data and reporting products like business reviews, data exchange, and performance reporting.
Collaboration with other analysts, data scientists, engineers, and clinical researchers is essential to ensure data quality and analytical rigor.
You will participate in cross-functional initiatives that impact both business strategy and the technology roadmap.
Managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders to deliver impactful data products is a key responsibility.

Requirements:

You must have at least 1-2 years of experience in a data analytics role or a similar field.
A Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g., mathematics, statistics, computer science, economics, or related) is required.
Proficiency with SQL and familiarity with Python or R is necessary, along with the ability to write clean, maintainable code for data analysis.
Strong critical thinking skills are essential, with the ability to connect the dots across different business areas to enhance Vida’s value.
Experience creating compelling data visualizations to tell stories and influence decisions is required.
You should be able to work with both technical and non-technical teams, communicating effectively with a range of stakeholders.
A proactive, customer-focused mindset is necessary, with experience managing projects and delivering high-quality results.
An interest in learning new platforms, tools, and innovations in data analytics is expected.
You must have the ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

The position offers a salary range of $80,000 - $90,000 a year.
