• Responsibilities include conducting detailed portfolio analysis using advanced statistical techniques to identify trends, concentrations of risk, and emerging risk factors incorporating traditional and alternative data sources.
• You will review risk-based pricing models that align loan pricing with underlying credit risk while maintaining competitive positioning.
• Collaborating with product and underwriting teams to develop and optimize credit policies based on data-driven insights is essential.
• You will monitor loan performance against expected outcomes, identifying deviations and recommending policy/model adjustments.
• Generating risk reports and developing automated dashboards and visualization tools to enhance monitoring efficiency and risk communication are key tasks.
• Creating and maintaining thorough documentation of all models, methodologies, and assumptions to ensure regulatory compliance is required.
• Researching and implementing innovative analytical techniques to improve predictive accuracy of risk models is part of the role.
• Performing vintage and cohort analysis to evaluate performance of different loan populations over time is expected.
• You will identify early warning indicators for credit deterioration and develop proactive mitigation strategies.
• Staying current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging analytical methodologies in consumer credit risk is important.

Requirements:

• A BSc or higher in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field is required.
• Advanced English skills for effective communication with international teams are necessary.
• Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role, with strong data manipulation and analysis expertise is essential.
• Proficiency in SQL for data querying and manipulation is required.
• Experience with programming languages such as Python or R for data analysis is necessary.
• Familiarity with statistical methodologies and data visualization techniques is important.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail are required.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, are necessary.
