Responsibilities include collaborating with product managers and designers, conducting statistical analyses, measuring performance outcomes, designing A/B testing experiments, and providing comprehensive data support across the company.

Requirements:

A Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field is required.
A minimum of 4 years of experience in analytics or a similar role is necessary.
Proficiency in SQL and comfort with large datasets is essential.
Experience in conducting product analysis from multiple angles, such as cohort analysis and retention, is required.
You must have experience in designing and implementing hypotheses and tests that led to product improvements.
The ability to define and analyze causal inference between feature updates or campaigns and key metrics is needed.
Business-level proficiency in Korean or English is required.
