Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Reporting Analyst to join our Photo/Video department.
The ideal candidate will play a critical role in managing and delivering accurate weekly and monthly reports, financial allocations, and project deliverables.
This role requires proficiency in Excel and an ability to handle data-intensive tasks with precision.
Responsibilities include preparing and delivering weekly and monthly reports for the Photo/Video department.
The candidate will manage monthly allocation processes and generate financial reports to ensure budget alignment.
They will validate and verify project deliverables and content to maintain high standards of quality.
The role involves vetting data in Excel spreadsheets and reviewing online assets to support department initiatives.
Additionally, the candidate will assist in managing the 3D Tuning data process by organizing, reviewing, and maintaining data integrity.

Requirements:

A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong emphasis on data management and reporting is required.
Intermediate to advanced Excel skills are necessary, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP/HLOOKUP, data validation, conditional formatting, and chart creation.
The candidate must have exceptional attention to detail with strong organizational and analytical skills.
Availability to work Monday – Friday from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM EST is mandatory.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.

The candidate location is in the Philippines, and the job location is remote.
Shift timing is Monday – Friday from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM EST.
Payroll will be processed via Upwork Contract.
Payment currency is in USD, with a salary range of $7.00 – $7.20 per hour.
The payment cycle is weekly or biweekly, with working hours totaling 42 hours per week.
There are no additional benefits beyond hourly payment.
