Description:

The position is for a Data Analyst in the AU Construction sector, with a work-from-home arrangement.
The work schedule is Monday to Friday from 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM PHT.
The Data Analyst will maintain and improve existing reports across pre-construction and construction departments, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
The role involves developing new dashboards and reporting solutions that provide clear insights into business performance, operational efficiency, forecasting, and project outcomes.
The Data Analyst will collaborate with department managers to understand their data needs and translate business questions into analytical tasks.
Responsibilities include conducting data validation, cleaning, and analysis from various systems such as project management tools and CRM.
The analyst will monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify trends or anomalies.
The role also includes assisting in building forecasting models for workload planning, resource allocation, and project timelines.
The Data Analyst will present findings and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders and promote a data-driven culture within the business.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role, preferably within the construction, property, or a related industry.
Strong proficiency in tools such as Excel, Power BI (or similar BI tools), and SQL is required.
Familiarity with database management and data visualization best practices is essential.
A high attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy is necessary.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets are required.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must.
The ability to work both independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams is essential.
