Remote Data Analyst

Description:

• Delinea is seeking a skilled Data Analyst to join their Enterprise Analytics team.
• This role will leverage a Snowflake-powered data platform to develop business-focused analytics that drive actionable insights and enhance operational efficiency.
• The position is remote in the US or Canada, preferably in the Eastern or Central time zone.
• Responsibilities include designing, developing, and maintaining Power BI dashboards and reports, conducting in-depth data analysis, and acting as a partner to business stakeholders.
• The Data Analyst will manage the team’s analytics backlog, enhance the adoption of Snowflake data models, monitor data quality issues, and collaborate with stakeholders to evaluate and select data tools.

Requirements:

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science/Analytics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field is required.
• Candidates must have 3+ years of relevant business experience solving analytical problems using quantitative approaches.
• Strong proficiency in Power BI, including report design and DAX calculations, is essential.
• Basic SQL skills are required; advanced SQL skills are preferred.
• Familiarity with Snowflake and modern data technologies is essential.
• Understanding of data modeling and ETL pipelines is necessary to support efficient analytics workflows.
• Candidates should be able to extract, process, and analyze large volumes of diverse data to produce meaningful insights.
• Experience with predictive modeling and ML/AI-based solutions is a plus.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude are required.
• Candidates must have excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
