Description:
Angeion Group is seeking a Data Analyst to join its growing team in a full-time, remote position, operating on West Coast hours.
The Data Analyst will work with high volumes of data to support project needs and must build strategic partnerships with operations and technology teams.
The role requires a motivated candidate with a passion for excellence and the ability to work with national clients.
Responsibilities include manipulating large amounts of data using SQL, performing data transfer functions, reviewing project requirements, and providing expert advice on database structures.
The Data Analyst will design and develop database queries, generate and analyze data reports, and conduct quality control and auditing of databases.
Additional duties involve documenting guidelines for database usage, monitoring data management repositories, and supporting the organization and maintenance of spreadsheets.
The position also requires designing complex databases, participating in code reviews, and ensuring compliance with development best practices.
The Data Analyst must communicate effectively with colleagues, exhibit superior attention to detail, and adhere to business processes.
Requirements:
A Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, or a related field is required.
Experience with database systems and complex data analytics is mandatory.
A minimum of 5 years of experience with Python and SQL, along with advanced Excel skills, is required.
Experience with LAW PreDiscovery β LexisNexis is preferred.
Candidates should have system implementation and integration experience, along with skills in business analysis and project management.
A minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience with a proven track record is necessary.
Strong problem diagnosis and creative problem-solving skills are essential.
Candidates must demonstrate productivity while managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent written, verbal, and research communication skills are a must.
Flexibility to adapt quickly to urgent matters is required.
The ability to work effectively with diverse individuals is essential.
A professional image must be projected in all interactions.
Candidates must maintain confidentiality and possess problem analysis and resolution skills.
Proficiency in all MS Office applications is required.
Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring work authorization sponsorship.
