Description:
As a Data Analyst in the Product Division, you will utilize data from over 65 million users and 2.35 million merchants to enhance the PayPay ecosystem, making it more convenient and beneficial.
Your data analysis support will aim at increasing the number of users and user engagement, contributing to PayPay's growth and revenue.
You will support product managers and executives in their decision-making with reliable data analysis.
You will promote your own ideas and interesting cases from other companies with data, proposing development and improvements for products and features.
You will design and propose product KPIs, providing and maintaining relevant dashboards for monitoring.
You will collaborate with business planning, marketing, and sales analysts to share analytical knowledge and work on cross-functional projects.
You will design and build data warehouses and data marts for your products, making product data accessible for others to utilize.
The tech environment includes BigQuery, LookerStudio, JupyterLab, GoogleAnalytics, dbt, and GitHub.
Requirements:
You must have over 3 years of experience in data analysis.
You should have a proven ability to build trust with diverse stakeholders.
Expertise in statistics, including understanding correlation, causation, and various tests, is required.
You must possess skills in designing, validating, visualizing, and reporting A/B tests.
Business-level English proficiency is necessary.
Japanese proficiency equivalent to JLPT N2 is required.
Preferred qualifications include experience promoting a data-driven culture within a company, analyzing large-scale data, and building data warehouses/data marts.

You will have super flex time with no core hours, typically working from 10:00 am to 6:45 pm.
