Remote Data Analyst

• The Data Analyst will maintain accurate data and support day-to-day operations, working closely with the Operations Manager to ensure data integrity and assist with basic reporting.
• Responsibilities include data entry and management, basic reporting and updates, and administrative and team support.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have experience in a similar data entry or administrative role, including internships or part-time work.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Data Analytics, or a related field (or equivalent experience) is required.
• Proficiency in Google Sheets and Excel, including pivot tables, advanced formulas, and scripting is necessary.
• Advanced English language skills are required.
• Strong attention to detail and a focus on accuracy are essential.
• Candidates should be organized and able to manage multiple tasks with clear priorities.
• Familiarity with basic data visualization tools or principles is preferred but not required.
• Experience working in a remote-first or globally distributed team is also preferred.

Benefits:

• The position offers a compensation range of $600 - $1000 USD/month, based on an hourly rate.
• The role is remote, with a location requirement of being based in Mexico.
